When and where is it taking place?
Dates: Saturday 3rd and 4th August ( Packages available for teams wanting to arrive the day before)
Location: Warwickshire, England – A place steeped in football tradition and surrounded by breathtaking beauty.
Venue: Warwick University, Coventry, offering easy access for teams traveling from across the UK or for teams traveling from abroad
Nearest airport: Birmingham BHX (12 miles), East Midlands (38 miles)

What age groups is this tournament for: This tournament is for Boys in the U8s to U16s age groups and for Girls in U12 to U16 age groups.
Can players play up an age group: Yes. Players in the age group below are eligible to play up to a year
What season are the age groups based on: This tournament will be based on the team’s age groups in the upcoming 24/25 season.
Can unaffiliated teams enter the tournament: Yes, this tournament is open to affiliated and unaffiliated teams
Who Can Participate?
A diverse array of teams are welcome to compete in the tournament including:
- Grassroots teams affiliated with their governing body or school
- Football Academies (Private or professional)
- Football Development Centres and Soccer schools
- International teams/schools/academies
- Schools, including County/district teams
- Community organizations and youth clubs
How It Works
How will teams be matched up with teams of similar abilities: When teams book on to the tournament, they will be asked to select what ability level they are so that they can be seeded before the tournament kicks off.
How will the tournament run: All teams will take part in a round of Group Games on day 1 of the tournament where they will play against teams in their groups. All teams will then progress to a knockout competition on day 2 where they will compete in a cup or plate competition depending on where they finish in their groups on day 1 of the tournament
Booking Options:
There will be several booking options available to teams including those who wish to come just for the tournament or those wishing to stay 1 to 4 nights.
Option 1 -:
This package is for teams that live within a 90-mile radius of Warwick University and do not require accommodation and will travel to and from the tournament over the weekend.
Option 2 – :
This package is for the teams that are looking to take part in the tournament and require accommodation during their stay.
Option 3:
This package is for teams that are looking to take part in the tournament, require accommodation, and want to book evening meal packages and additional activities on-site at Warwick University

Booking process
Step 1: Reserve your U8 to U16 team’s boy’s or U11 to U16 girls team space by booking into the tournament using this link, remember to select the age group for next season 24/25.
Step 2: Once your team space has been confirmed we will send the lead booking contact details about how you can book accommodation, meal packages, and additional activities during your stay.
What happens after we book?
- Once your team’s space has been booked you will receive a booking confirmation email to confirm your team’s entry. In this booking confirmation email, there will be a requirements form link, you will fill this in detailing what accommodation, food, and additional activities can be booked during your stay.
- We will send you your options paper and flexible payment plan options.
- Teams will receive their on-the-day guide One month before the tournament kicks off, detailing what to expect on the day, including fixtures and tournament formats
